Mediterranean food ranging from Spain through Provence and Italy until Middle East. Most tasty and healthy food in earth. From time to time we have dishes from all Mediterranean countries in our menu. Base for our kitchen is greatest completion of classic dishes. We follow carefully original recipe of Carpaccio from Harry's Bar in Venice. Our Caesar salad is loyal to its inventor Italian restaurateur Caesar Cardini.
Our siganture dish is Bouillabaisse. The house speciality, a traditional soup from Provence. A large plate of Mediterranean fish and seasonal sea food is served on top of a bowl of lobster and fish soup. Rouille, a saffron and garlic mayonnaise, crutons, and Parmesan are always included.
In our wine list you can find great selection of Mediterranean wines. From oldest wine growing regions in Lebanon and Israel to major wine countries Italy, France and Spain. All our wines are served also by classes. Our cellar wine list consist some real treasures and we are opening every day some of these rarities.
We have wine tasting events every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm. Tasting in Mange sud is not a complicated affair. Our aim is to connect food and wine, so food is playing significant role in our tastings. These events are for all people who love wine and food, so you don't have to be an expert of terroir etc. In our tastings you can feel relaxed and just enjoy.
